Sie können Sendungen entweder mit der Sendungs- bzw. Benachrichtigungsnummer finden oder einfach mittels Barcode-Scanner einscannen. Ändert sich der Status Ihrer Lieferung, werden Sie per Push-Nachricht informiert. Sie wissen also immer, wo sich ihr Paket befindet und wann es zugestellt wird. Mit dem Sendungs-Radar werden Sie außerdem benachrichtigt, wenn sich eine Sendung in Ihrer Nähe befindet.
Konnte ein Paket nicht zugestellt werden, werden Sie über die Abholmöglichkeit direkt in der App informiert. Sie können das Paket abholen, ohne vorher die Zustellbenachrichtigung (Gelber Zettel) zuhause holen zu müssen. Mit dem elektronischen Gelben Zettel können Sie auch einfach jemand anderen damit beauftragen, Ihre Sendung abzuholen.
In der Post App finden Sie alle gespeicherten Sendungen mit aktuellem Status sowie voraussichtlichem Lieferdatum zu jedem Paket auf einem Blick. Als registrierter User wird Ihr Sendungsverlauf gespeichert, um den Weg einer Sendung nachvollziehen zu können.
Mit der Paketumleitung stehen Ihnen verschiedene Optionen zur Verfügung: Die Umleitung in eine nahegelegene Filiale oder Abholstation, zu Ihrem Nachbarn, an einen bestimmten Abstellort oder auch die Änderung des Lieferdatums/-zeitpunktes.
Mit dem e-Brief erhalten Sie Rechnungen, Verträge und andere wichtige Dokumente schnell, bequem und zuverlässig in digitaler Form. In der Post-App können Sie durch den e-Briefkasten jederzeit und sicher darauf zugreifen. Die Kombination von Portal und E-Mail, sowie die Nachweisliche Zustellung für Versender und Empfänger sorgt für hohe Sicherheit beim e-Brief.
Finden Sie alle Filialen, Post Partner und Briefkästen in Ihrer Nähe oder suchen Sie nach Adressen. Die App zeigt ihnen, wie weit der nächste Standort entfernt ist, und leitet Sie dort hin. Außerdem werden zu jeder Filiale die Öffnungszeiten angezeigt. 
Mit dem Tarifrechner finden Sie den passenden Tarif für Ihre Sendungen. Geben Sie einfach das Gewicht, die Größe und das Empfängerland Ihres Pakets an und die App gibt Ihnen den Tarif und die Versandoptionen zurück.
Um Services wie die e-Benachrichtigung nutzen oder Sendungen speichern zu können, müssen Sie registriert sein. Das können Sie schnell und einfach in der App erledigen.

With the post-app you have your shipment in view. Use the package redirection or simply pick up your parcel with the e-notification directly in your branch of the post office.

TRACKING 
Find out where your shipments are at all times (+ barcode scanner) 
You can either find shipments with the shipment or notification number, or simply scan using a barcode scanner. If the status of your delivery changes, you will be informed by a push message. So you always know where your package is and when it will be delivered. The Broadcast Radar also notifies you when a shipment is near you.

E-NOTIFICATION FOR PACKAGE DELIVERY 
Save your way with the yellow note on your smartphone 
If a package could not be delivered, you will be informed about the pick-up option directly in the app. You can pick up the package without first having to get the delivery notification (yellow slip) at home. With the electronic yellow slip, you can also simply hire someone else to pick up your shipment.

Overview of all packages and shipment histories 
In the Post App you will find all saved shipments with current status and expected delivery date for each package at a glance. As a registered user your shipment history will be saved in order to understand the way of a shipment.

Easily redirect your package 
With the package redirection you have different options available: The diversion to a nearby branch or pickup station, to your neighbor, to a certain place of storage or also the change of the delivery date / time.

E-MAIL 
The handy e-mailbox always on your smartphone 
With the e-letter, you receive invoices, contracts and other important documents quickly, conveniently and reliably in digital form. In the post-app, you can access the e-mailbox at any time and securely. The combination of portal and e-mail, as well as the proof of delivery for consignor and recipient ensures high security for the e-letter.

POST LOCATION FINDER 
Find nearby branches, mailboxes and partners 
Find all branches, post offices and mailboxes in your area or search for addresses. The app shows you how far away the next location is and directs you there. In addition, opening hours are displayed for each branch.

Calculate the optimal fare for your shipment 
With the rate calculator you will find the right tariff for your shipments. Simply enter the weight, size and country of destination of your package and the app will return the fare and shipping options.

To be able to use services such as e-notification or save shipments, you must be registered. You can do that quickly and easily in the app.
